Abstract: To determine and improve the level of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX's support to the Region's Federally recognized Indian tribes and their Tribal Emergency Response Commisions (TERCs) and their duly appointed Local Emergency Response Planning Committees, Region IX has designed a questionnaire and proposes to conduct a Region-wide voluntary survey of tribal emergency response organizations. Essentially, the information collected will be used to assess the progess status, needs, resources and activity level of the TERCs.
