Abstract: The collection of information is needed in order to determine the condition of the property upon conveyance, the results of the repair contracts, and to monitor contractor performance in maintaining properties. Also, the sale contracts and addenda will be used in binding contracts between the purchaser and HUD. The respondents are potential contractors, contractors who work for HUD, purchasers of HUD-owned properties, teachers, school districts, nonprofit organizations and governmental entities.
