Abstract: Section 73.1920 requires licensees of AM, FM, or TV broadcast stations to notify the person or group on which a personal attack was made giving date, time, and identification of broadcast, a script or tape of attack, and offer a reasonable opportunity to respond over licensee's facilities. Notification used by person/group to respond to attack.
