Abstract: The information is needed to obtain information on the conditions of competition between the U.S. and Canadian wheat industry in the U.S. and third country markets. Responses will be incorporated into a report to be submitted to USTR by Sept. 24 2001. Respondents will be firms that export, merchandise, ship, purchase, mill, import or process Durum or Hard Red Spring wheat.
