The Census Bureau will contact 200,000
establishments in 2001 that have 1) significant amount of receipts,
but no payroll, 2) new businesses with significant amounts of
payroll, but little or no industry classification, and 3)
establishments that have been incorrectly classified as farms, but
report large amounts of non-farm payroll. In 2002, the Census
Bureau will contact 400,000 establishments that are unclassified on
the Business Register (Standard Statistical Establishment List
(SSEL)) to obtain classification information.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
