Abstract: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council had submitted a Tilefish Fishery Management Plan. As part of the implementation of this plan vessels permitted to fish for tilefish would be required to submit logbooks documenting their catch and effort. The information submitted will be used for fishery management analysis and planning.
