Abstract: This clearance package provides burden estimates associated with the information collection requirements for the conditional exemption from the definition of RCRA hazardous waste for mixed wastes that are stored, treated, transported and disposed, and for which the exemption are met. The regulations implementing the conditional exemption are to be published in 40 CFR 266. The collection of this information will enable EPA to properly determine whether mixed waste generators and owners/operators of mixed waste storate and disposal facilities meet the requirements of Sections 3001, 3004, and 3005 of RCRA.
