Abstract: In connection with its plant pest containment and eradication mission, APHIS is amending the "Domestic Quarantine Notice" in 7 CFR part 301 to prevent the interstate spread of West Indian Fruit Fly through an interim rule (00-110-1). The regulations contained in new subparts 301.98 through 301.98-10, quarantine part of Cameron County, TX, because of the West Indian Fruit Fly and restrict the interstate movement of regulated articles from the quarantined area.
