In connection with its plant pest
containment and eradication mission, APHIS is amending the
"Domestic Quarantine Notice" in 7 CFR part 301 to prevent the
interstate spread of West Indian Fruit Fly through an interim rule
(00-110-1). The regulations contained in new subparts 301.98
through 301.98-10, quarantine part of Cameron County, TX, because
of the West Indian Fruit Fly and restrict the interstate movement
of regulated articles from the quarantined area.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
