Abstract: The purposes of the model development and testing component are to develop, test, and refine a model of CBO HIV prevention intervention functioning that can be instructive to CDC in supporting and fulfilling its responsibilities to CBOs and the field and theory of HIV prevention. CBO applicants will receive a mail survey reflecting 5 constructs.
