Abstract: CMS is soliciting applications from prescription discount card programs so that it may endorse qualifying programs for possible enrollment in one of them. A website developed by a cooperative (organizated and funded by the endorsed programs) will list discounts for comparison. CMS will provide basic features and contract information on its website for each endorsed program.
