The Child Care Provider Loan
Forgiveness Application is used to determine whether borrowers meet
the eligibility requirements for Child Care Provider Loan
Forgiveness Program which is a demonstration program administered
on a first-come, first-serve basis (subject to the availability of
funds) is intended to bring more highly trained individuals into
the early child care field for longer periods. Under this program,
individuals who work full-time in certain child care facilities
that serve low-income families and meet other qualifications may be
eligible to have up to 100% of their Direct Loan and/or
FFEL....

1320.8(b)(3).
