Abstract: Respondents are owners and operators of reinforced plastic com- posites production operations. Respondents must submit notifi- cations and reports and maintain records required by the General Provisions (40 CFR Part 63, Subpart A). Recordkeeping of para- meters related to air pollution control technologies is required. The reports and records will be used to demonstrate compliance with the emission limitation and work practice standards.
