Abstract: The information collections contained in proposed rule 44 CFR Part 204 and the instruments used to gather the information by States and used by States and FEMA staff will faciliate the declaration request an grant administration processes of the Fire Management Assistance Grant Program. The assistance includes grants, equipment, supplies, and personnel to any State or local government for the mitigation, management and control of any fire on public or private forest land or grassland that threatens such destruction as would consitute a major disaster.
