Abstract: The proposed amendment to 10 CFR 50.55a would incorporated by reference later editions and addenda of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ASME Code for Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants. The update would reduce licensee burden by eliminating the need for licensees to request certain relief requests.
