SBA Form 1454 is used by pool
assemblers to supply SBA with the information necessary for those
loans that the pool assembler desires to put into a pool. It also
requires the pool assembler to certify that it continues to meet
the requirements necessary to qualify as a pool Assembler. This
information collection is necessitated by the enactment of PL.
98-352, The Small Business Secondary Market Improvement Act of 1984
and regulation 13 CFR 122-700-712.
