Abstract: The subject surveys are components of the HCFA evaluation of the Wisconsin BadgerCare Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration and Title XXI (SCHIP) program. The goals of the evaluation are to assess the effectivensss of BadgerCare in reducing the number of Wisconsin residents who lack health insurance, increasing participation of eligible children in the SCHIP program, and supporting families making transition from welfare to work.
