Abstract: Information on diligent efforts toward utilization of geothermal resources, bona fide efforts to produce geothermal resources, and /or signficant expenditures of funds made on geothermal leases is needed to comply with the provisions of the Geothermal Steam Act Amendments of 1988 (PL 100-443). The information is needed to determine if a geothermal lessee qualifies for lease ex tensions.
