Abstract: Pursuant to P.L. 105-277 & P.L. 106-31, the NPS has prepared a Compensation Plan for Glacier Bay Commercial Fishing Program. Part V - Claims & Payment processes of this compensation plan provides the guidelines, procedures and documentation requirements for making an application for compensation.
