Abstract: Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) give written notice to applicants that pets are permitted, working animals excluded from regulation requirements, and where leases prohibit pets, residents may request a lease amendment. A copy of pet rules and written notice are gien to each applicant when offered a unit.
