Abstract: The NEPA Questionnaire is intended to collect information for SBA's NEPA compliance regarding loan applications submitted for 7(a) SBA guaranteed loans and for section 504 loans funded, in part, by the issuance of debentures guaranteed by SBA. SBA will use the information in the responses to the Questionnaire to determine whether additional analysis of the environmental impacts of proposed loans is needed under NEPA.
