This collection
is used to obtain the identities of firms which might be interested
in future business opportunities with the government. While this
collection permits firms to electronically submit the information
the FAR should pursue creation of an electronic form for automated
submission of this information by interested firms. So as to not
exclude those firms which do not have the means to submit
information electronically, a paper version should be maintained in
the near term.
