Abstract: The Social Security Administration's Alternate Participant Program is a new program designed to help SSI recipients and SSDI beneficiaries return to work. SSA will use the collected data to evaluate participant satisfaction with the program and to plan improvements. Data will be presented in a semiannual report to SSA; the respondents will be SSI/SSDI beneficiaries/recipients and alternate participants.
