This ICR is
approved with several streamlining modifications, as outlined in
the memo from the EPA project economist, Kristen Strellec, dated
Nov 27, 2001. First, for both the State/Federal facilities and the
Academic/Research facilities questionnaires, Q 65 will be
simplified to request a funding breakdown only between aquaculture
and all other activities. Second, for the State/Federal facilities
questionnaire, Q 66 will be condensed into fewer categories, as
explained in the memo. Finally, in the Academic/Research facilities
questionnaire, the directions to Qs 63 and 64 will be modified to
indicate that provision of information about grant funding (as
opposed to base funding) is optional and information should only be
provided if readily avialable. With these changes, the ICR is
approved.
