Terms of Clearance: This package is not being approved as a generic clearance. The approval is granted for the evaluation of "Extending the Reach" grants. If NEH plans to undertake evaluations of other grant programs using the same format and methodology, they shall submit an ICW form (83-C) updating the burden calculations. If NEH needs to make minor changes to the format of the survey used in the evaluation, they shall submit an ICW form with a memo describing the changes and justifying those changes. OMB will make decisions on each change on a case-by-case basis.
