Abstract: Distributors who purchase power from TVA supply TVA with financial and accounting information to help ensure that electric power produced by TVA is sold to consumers at rates which are as low as feasible. It aids in maintaining uniform and accept- able accounting and assists in making managerial decisions re- lating to electric operations.
