Abstract: This study will collect retrospective data on Q Fever cases reported to state health departments 1979-1999. These data will be used to establish current baseline incidence rates, geographic distribution, and risk factors for infection. Respondents will be state epidemiologists and laboratory works. In light of the events that occurred on September 11, 2001, we are requesting a emergency extnesion.
