Recipients of discretionary grants and
some formula grant pro- grams must submit progress reports
semi-annually to OJP. Reports describe project status and
accomplishments. Reports aid grant managers in monitoring
grant-supported activities and measure progress achieved on each
task in relation to the approved schedule and project milestones
for that reporting period. Reports include grantee's review of the
project, its functions, and activities. Reports usually are less
than five pages and are in chart form and/or narrative
form.
