Abstract: Recipients of discretionary grants and some formula grant programs must submit progress reports semi-annually to OJP. Reports describe project status and accomplishments. Reports aid grant managers in monitoring grant-supported activities and measure progress achieved. Reports are usually less than 5 pages and are in chart and/or narrative form.
