Terms of Clearance: With the next submission of this package, DOL will include a summary and analysis of the effects of re-employment services for UI claimants. This will include a narrative of the types of re-employment services in states and a progress report of its effectiveness. In addition, a discussion of how states employed worker profiling and its effects on re-employment should be detailed in this report.
