Prior to resubmission, DOL will 1) Publish a notice in the Federal Register requesting comments on the methods contractors intend to use to calculate the minimum and maximum number of employees. VETS will provide the citation for this notice with the updated ICR. 2) Publish, prior to the beginning of the fiscal year on Oct. 1, 2002, guidance to contractors on calculating the minimum and maximum number of employees for use in future VETS-100 reporting cycles.
