Section 76.309 sets forth various
customer service obligations. Section 76.1602 and 76.1603 provide
rules for subscriber notification requirements for changes in rates
and programming services. Section 76.1619 informs cable system
operators of what information is required on subscriber bills.
Pursuant to the Commission's reorganization and renumbering of
Section 76, as part of the Biennial Review-Multichannel Video and
Cable Television Service, Sections 76.309 and 76.964 are renumbered
as section 76.309, 76.1602, 76.1603 and 76.1619. The Commission
