Abstract: Section 74.21 requires licensees of auxillary broadcast stations to notify the FCC in the event that the station is operated in a manner other than for which station is authorized as soon as practicable and when emergency operation is terminated. Data is used by FCC staff to evaluate the need and nature of the emergency.
