This information will provide ONDCP
with a means to evaluate the effectiveness of its public service
campaign by assessing whether the general population has changed
their attitudes, awareness and/or behavior regarding volunteerism
on behalf of drug prevention and drug prevention organzations.
Respondents will be a random sample of Americans age 18+, who are
representative of the U.S. population in terms of race, gender,
age, income, educaion and geographic distribution.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
