Returned as improperly submitted on "day 60" of OMB's review. OMB is unable to act on this collection in a timely fashion since 30 days have not elapsed from the Federal Register notice. This situation is due to CMS' understandable difficulties in ensuring the publication of notices in the Federal Register in the last few months. OMB expects to conduct a conference call with CMS in the next week and expeditiously review the resubmission of this package.
