Terms of Clearance: Approved. SSA is working with a contractor to implement an "electronic disability folder," and expect to have it running by 2005. SSA should keep OMB appraised of the process prior to implementation. However, this form, and all other forms that will be a part of the "electronic disability folder," should still be compliant with GPEA requirements by 2003, by being available electronically.
