Abstract: Indian Trust Relationships between Individual Indians and the Department of the Interior will be systemically tested through the application of qualitative tools like focus groups and cognitive interviews with Individual Indian Money (IIM) beneficiaries. One of the goals of this research is developing an ongoing customer feed back system. If such a system proves feasible, one or more questionnaire instruments will be created.
