Abstract: The September 11 victim compensation Fund of 2001, Title IV of P.L. 107-42, 115 Stat 230, provides compensation to eligible individuals who were physically injured as a result of the terrorist related aircraft crashes of September 11, 2001, and compensation through a "personal representative" for those who were killed as a result of the crashes.
