a consolidated N-600/N-643 by February 5, 2002. Clearance of this
package is contingent on the receipt of that information collection
package. 60 day clearance has been granted in order to allow for
use of this supplement while the new consolidated form is under OMB
review.

Section 322 of the Immigration and
Nationality Act enables a United States citizen parent, who is
unable to transmit citizenship of his or her children, to use a
citizen grandparent's residence for transmission. This form is
required so that information on a grandparent's residence may be
collected to establish a child's eligibility for
naturalization.
