This form is used for an employer to
petition for an alien to come to the U.S. temporarily to perform
services or labor or to receive training. The form is also for an
employer to petition for an extension of stay or change in status
for a nonimmigrant worker. The form merges the prior I-129L, I-126,
I-539, and I-506 as they relate to temporary workers.
