The Powered Industrial Truck Standard
information-collection requirements address truck design,
construction, and modification, as well as training certification
for truck operators. These requirements ensure that the trucks are
in proper working order and that truck operators have the required
skills, knowledge, and ability to operate safely.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
