Abstract: This survey is needed to determine whether our procurement offices are providing an acceptable level of service to the business/educational community, and if not, which areas need improvement. Respondents will be busineesss concerns and educational institutions that have been awarded a NASA procurement, or are interested in receiving such an award.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
