The DoDEA Customer Satisfaction Survey
is a tool used to measure the satisfaction level of parents and
students with the program and services provided by the DoDEA in
order to meet DOD Reform Initiative Directives #23. Each
performance contract shall include measures of customer
satisfaction with the goods and services provided by the Agency or
Field Activity including the timeliness of deliveries of products

communicate their level of satisfaction with the products and
