The DoDEA Customer Satisfaction Survey is a tool used to measure the satisfaction level of parents and students with the program and services provided by the DoDEA in order to meet DOD Reform Initiative Directives #23. Each performance contract shall include measures of customer satisfaction with the goods and services provided by the Agency or Field Activity including the timeliness of deliveries of products and services.
