The DoDEA Customer Satisfaction Surveys are a tool to measure the satisfaction level of sponsors and students with the educational program and services provided by the DoDEA as part of the DoDEA Community Strategic Plan (CSP) and to meet the requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (Public Law 103-62). The surveys provides sponsors and students an opportunity to communicate their level of satisfaction with the DoDEA schools, districts, and areas.
