Terms of Clearance: Approved until January of 2003, in order to give ED time to develop a multi-year note for PLUS loans. Upon resubmission, ED shoudl submit the multi-year notes and the current notes for clearance, since not all schools will have the technical capabilities to institute the multi-year note immeditely. ED has assured OMB that they should have the multi-year note running by the 03-04 school year.
