Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with changes made to new package submitted 3/ 26/02. Specifically, OMB is approving new instructions that allow for greater flexibility for the community, but is approving the previously approved form for use. This form expired on 8/31/01, and the program cleared a new form for use at that time. However, the program continued to use the old form instead of the newly cleared form after 8/01. Therefore, this form has been in violation of the PRA since 8/31/01, and should be reported as a violation in next year's ICB. The expired form is being cleared for 1 year in order to work more closely with the community to make major changes to the form and process (including electronic submissions). Prior to expiration of this form, the program shall come in for clearance of a new form that has been fully vetted with the community.
