Abstract: The information collected under FERC Form 2-A is used by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to implement the statutory provisions of the Natural Gas Act, Section 10(a) and 16. The form collects comprehensive financial and operational infor- mation from jurisdiction "NonMajor" natural gas pipelines. The information collected on the Form 2-A is used by FERC staff to establish rates, in rate proceedings, in formal investigations, financial audits and continuous review of financial conditions of regulated natural gas companies.
