Revision of the recordkeeping
requirements associated with the regulations under 40 CFR Part 82,
Subpart A, regarding the phaseout of controlled ozone-depleting
substances. The record- keeping and reporting requirements are
changed to permit exempted production and import of methyl bromide
beyond the current 50% limits on baseline levels.
