Abstract: BXA intends to use the CWC Schedule 2 chemical survey to obtain data from those U.S. facilities that are believed to be engaged in the production, processing, or use of chemicals listed in Schedule 2 of the CWC's Annex on Chemicals to determine which of those facilities contacted can be expected to have a Schedule 2 reporting or inspection obligation.
