Abstract: Per GAO's recommendation to become GPRA compliant and as per the conditions in our FY2000-2003 Defense Agency Task Force's Defense Management Counsel (DMC) Performance Contract, DSS has contracted for the independent development and administration of an on-line (paperless) Customer Satisfaction Survey. This Survey will be used to collect and assess DSS' Customers and Stakeholder's level of satisfaction with our products and services.
