Abstract: The Migrant Education Program (MEP) Consortium Incentive Grant Program provides grants to state educational agencies that participate in consortium arrangements with another State or other appropriate entity that reduces the administrative costs associated with operating the MEP and to improve the delivery of services to migratory children whose education is interrupted.
